Hello and thank you for your interest in the Guilott Realty, Inc. Team.   Terry has lived in the Bandera area for 10 years and considers this community Home in the best sense of the word.

She was born in Paris, France (Air Force) and escaped to Texas just as fast as she could.  Having grown up in Schertz, Terry is very familiar with the extended San Antonio metropolitan area.  She was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1994.  At one point, Terry was managing 226 rental properties in the area.  Additionally, she managed a large equestrian facility for 5 years attracting some of the top names in in the industry for clinics and shows. She joined Guilott Realty, Inc. in April of 2009 and is now our Property Manager.  Her previous experience in managing properties in San Antonio has helped her transition smoothly into the position here in Bandera.  She is looking forward to helping you with any of your rental needs.

Terry lives a just few miles south of Bandera with her Texas Aggie husband, Mark and their extended family of horses, dogs, cats, humming birds and one mountain lion.  Frequently, on the weekends you will see her on horseback with their many friends and family of Bandera riding down Main Street.
